William C. Brewer III lives in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and completed a SARTAC Fellowship in 2021. William is an artist and long-time fighter for self advocacy. William’s project, Everyday Artist, focuses on helping people like himself achieve their dreams.

William created  “A Handbook for People with Disabilities Who Want a Future in the Arts.”
