Starting the Conversation: A toolkit for self-advocates to talk about sexual violence in their community

Kelsey Cowley is a self-advocate from Indiana and is a 2018-2019 SARTAC Fellow. Kelsey’s project was creating a toolkit for and about people with intellectual and developmental disabilities recognizing and responding to violence. Kelsey worked in partnership with the Self-Advocates of Indiana and Self-Advocacy Resource and Technical Assistance Center to develop these Self-Advocacy Leadership and Policy materials.
