I Want to Share a Resource

SARTAC is strong because it is run by and for self-advocates!

We are looking for resources that promote self-advocacy. Fill out this form to recommend a resource to share on our website.

  • If the resource is not posted on a website please email a copy to resources@selfadvocacyinfo.org.
  • Required accessibility features:
    • 14pt font or bigger print
    • Written at accessible reading level and/or includes accessible Executive Summary*
    • Uses real pictures and/or descriptive graphics
    • Videos captioned (the words the person is saying are shown on the screen)
    • Presenter speaks slowly or someone interprets what is said
    *The National Institutes of Health suggest that materials be written at a 6th grade reading level or below in order to be accessible to most Americans. You can use Microsoft Word to test the readability level of a document.
  • SARTAC Review Process
    • When we get your resource we will take up to thirty (30) business days to review it using these guidelines.
    • We will send you feedback and let you know if your resource is Accepted, Not Accepted, Returned for Edits or Changes.
